Hello! I am Thanusha Panaluwa, From
Sri Lanka. I did my
Bachelor of Information Communication and Technology in Sri Lanka. Then I migrated to Australia
2019. After that, I landed my first job as an IT support and
settlement clerk at FSLegal Perth. This is one of
best oppotunity in my life gave me
handful of skills in customer interactions, how to speak
with clients when they are in different modes, Be pleasant
always, Be patient, work in detail on the information,
Listen, and level 1 technical skills like maintaining a leap
system, Scanner, and printer, maintenance, arranging meeting
rooms, password and username changing, security, active
directory, Microsoft exchange server, etc. And I get the
chance to participate settlement process. Then, I started to
do a professional year in
Navitas Professional Perth. I learned how
to work in a multicultural environment, professional
environment, new technologies, etc. The most valuable gift I
got from my professional year class is meeting friends from
multiple countries..
Currently, I work on
shecodes Australia which is giving me a
huge strength, skill to rebuild my coding skills. This
program is giving me all the skills which I want to achieve
my goal, to be a developer. I do lots of projects and
workshops every day. Apart from that, I
completed Microsoft Azure Fundamentals
and training to do Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft AI
Fundamentals, and ITIL. I participate in Microsoft Virtual
Programs, Online learning materials, and my colleagues help
and share knowledge to success in my journey.
In my leisure time, I like to meet friends, share food, like to wear different cultural dresses. I like to speak to people to share our life experiences, cultural events and make others positive. I like to cook and share with friends. I really like to try other country products like foods, cooking styles, drinks ect.
